- Your Operator may charge you for using the mobile internet. What you pay is dependent on your Operator's own data charges and the amount that you use the service.
- If you are not the bill payer for the mobile phone, you must get permission from the bill payer before accessing the VideooGen and downloading Content from the VideooGen.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the VideooGen, the decision of VideooGen shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
